Carpenter – Full Time

Allied Construction Management is a St. John’s–based construction, project-management, and development firm delivering complex commercial, multi-residential, institutional, and healthcare projects across Newfoundland and Labrador. With multiple projects underway and more in design and permitting, we are expanding our field team.
We are currently seeking skilled Carpenters to join our growing workforce.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely, and enjoys being part of a professional, team-oriented jobsite.
Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, interior finishes, and general construction

Read and interpret drawings and specifications

Work collaboratively with superintendents, forepersons, and other trades

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Contribute to quality workmanship and schedule performance
Qualifications
-
Red Seal or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in commercial or residential construction

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods

Ability to read drawings and follow instructions

Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

Strong work ethic and team mindset
