Allied Construction Management is a St. John’s–based construction, project-management, and development firm delivering complex commercial, multi-residential, institutional, and healthcare projects across Newfoundland and Labrador. With multiple projects underway and more in design and permitting, we are expanding our field team.
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Construction Labourers to join our growing workforce.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in contributing to a team, and is eager to build experience in a professional construction environment.
Responsibilities

Assist carpenters, superintendents, and other trades on site

Perform general site duties including material handling, cleanup, and setup

Operate basic tools and equipment safely

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Support daily construction activities to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications

Previous construction experience is an asset, but not required

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Physically able to perform manual labour

Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
