The Churchill Avenue Apartments project is an upcoming multi-residential development in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, being delivered in partnership with Avalon Housing Trust, a non-profit organization focused on providing safe, stable, and affordable housing in the community.
The project involves the construction of a new apartment building designed to support long-term residential use, with an emphasis on durability, functionality, and efficient building systems. The development contributes to addressing housing needs within the city while strengthening community-based housing initiatives.
Allied Construction Management ULC is responsible for the delivery of the full project, including construction of the building structure and comprehensive project management of all trades. Allied’s scope includes coordination of consultants and subcontractors, schedule and cost control, on-site supervision, quality assurance, and safety management throughout construction.
Construction is scheduled to begin in Spring, with close collaboration between Allied, Avalon Housing Trust, design consultants, and municipal authorities to ensure the project is delivered efficiently and in alignment with project objectives.
