Three storey plus basement law court facility for western region. The 52,000 SF building features seven courtrooms as well as various detention, office, storage, and administration space. The building is primarily heated by a state of the art ground to water geothermal system for all levels. Local Newfoundland materials used in the slate roofing and stone exterior cladding.
