The Jewer Bailey Consultants Office Fit-Up involves the construction of a new office space at 710 Torbay Road in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, designed to support the operational and collaborative needs of a professional engineering firm.
The project includes the interior build-out of the space, with the creation of offices, meeting and collaboration areas, and staff support spaces. The fit-up incorporates modern finishes, efficient layouts, and upgraded building systems to create a functional, flexible, and professional work environment.
Allied Construction Management ULC is providing construction management and trade coordination services for the project, overseeing scheduling, cost control, and on-site execution. The work requires careful coordination of multiple trades to deliver a high-quality interior fit-up within an existing commercial building.
