Allied Construction Management ULC is currently providing specialized concrete services as a subcontractor on the Metro Self Storage project in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The project involves the construction of a new purpose-built self-storage facility designed to serve both residential and commercial users.
Working as part of the broader construction team, Allied’s scope includes the execution of building foundations and tilt-up concrete wall systems. This work requires careful coordination of formwork, reinforcing, concrete placement, and panel erection to meet structural, durability, and schedule requirements.
The project is being delivered in an active construction environment, with an emphasis on sequencing, safety, and quality control. Allied is coordinating closely with the general contractor, engineers, and other trades to ensure the successful integration of the structural concrete components with the overall building system.
