New Cove Road Apartments is an ongoing multi-residential development located on New Cove Road in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The project involves the construction of a modern mid-rise apartment building that will deliver new rental housing in a well-established urban neighbourhood.
The development is designed to provide a high-quality residential environment, with a focus on efficient unit layouts, modern building systems, and long-term durability. The project represents a significant urban infill investment and contributes to increasing housing supply within the city while making efficient use of existing infrastructure and services.
Allied Construction Management ULC is actively engaged in the delivery of the project, providing construction management services including coordination of trades, schedule control, cost management, and on-site oversight. The work requires close collaboration with consultants, municipal authorities, and project partners to manage technical coordination and regulatory requirements throughout construction.
