The Shortall Street Apartments project is a planned large-scale multi-residential development located in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The development will deliver 222 residential units, contributing significantly to the city’s growing demand for modern rental housing.
The project is designed as a contemporary mid-rise apartment complex, incorporating efficient unit layouts, private balconies, and durable exterior materials. The development prioritizes functionality, long-term performance, and tenant comfort, while making effective use of the site and surrounding infrastructure.
Allied Construction Management ULC is engaged in the delivery of the project, providing construction management and construction services, including coordination of trades, scheduling, cost control, and on-site oversight. Construction is scheduled to commence in Summer 2026, with careful planning and collaboration underway to support efficient execution.
