The Verafin Office Fit-Up at 18 Hebron Way involves the redevelopment of Level 2 of the building, converting the former Vale office space into a modern, functional workplace for Verafin. Upon completion, the fit-up will provide Verafin with occupancy of the entire building, supporting continued growth and operational expansion.
The project includes a comprehensive interior renovation, with reconfiguration of office layouts, collaboration and meeting spaces, and staff support areas. The fit-up is designed to align with Verafin’s workplace standards while integrating modern finishes, updated building systems, and flexible layouts suited to a technology-driven office environment.
Allied Construction Management ULC is providing construction management services for the project, including coordination of trades, scheduling, cost control, and on-site oversight. The work is being carried out within an existing commercial building and requires careful planning and sequencing to deliver a high-quality finished space.
The Verafin Level 2 Fit-Up reflects Allied’s experience delivering commercial interior renovations for corporate clients and its ability to support phased expansions within occupied or operational office buildings.
