View ProjectsAndrew Driscoll graduated from the Civil Engineering Technology program at Cabot Institute in 1985 and began his career in the construction industry with N.D. Dobbin Limited. He later joined Beck Construction Limited, where he continued to develop his expertise in estimating and project management before returning to N.D. Dobbin Limited in a leadership role.
In August 1995, Andrew founded Allied Constructors Inc., which was later renamed Allied Construction Management in 2016 to reflect the company’s expanded capabilities in construction, development, and project management.
As Founder, Andrew played a central role in establishing Allied Construction Management and guiding its growth for more than two decades. Through his leadership, commitment to quality, and hands-on approach, he helped build a strong reputation for excellence throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. The company’s continued success is rooted in the values, standards, and culture he helped establish.
Andrew is a Certified Engineering Technologist with AETTNL and holds Gold Seal Certification from the Canadian Construction Association. Throughout his career, he contributed to the construction industry through various leadership roles, including serving as a Director with the Merit Contractors Association of Newfoundland and Labrador and as Chair of the General Contractors Section with the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association.
Today, Andrew’s contributions remain an important part of Allied’s history, and his influence continues to be reflected in the company’s commitment to delivering quality projects and lasting client relationships.
