Andrew Driscoll graduated from the Civil Engineering Technology program at the Cabot Institute in 1985 and immediately began his career with N.D. Dobbin Limited as a Field Engineer responsible for construction layout. From 1986 to 1989, he trained as an Estimator and Project Manager under the mentorship of the company’s General Manager, gaining valuable experience in both pre-construction and project execution.

In 1989, Andrew accepted a position with Beck Construction Limited as Estimator and Project Manager, where he spent three years before returning to N.D. Dobbin Limited as Manager of Construction. In August 1995, driven by a passion for construction and entrepreneurship, Andrew resigned to establish his own company—Allied Constructors Inc. In 2016, the company was renamed Allied Construction Management Inc. to reflect its broader expertise in construction, development, and project management.

As the Founder and President of Allied Construction Management, Andrew oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, Allied has experienced consistent growth and earned a reputation for delivering exceptional construction and project management services throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

Andrew is a Certified Engineering Technologist with AETTNL and holds Gold Seal Certification from the Canadian Construction Association. He has also served as a Director on the Board of the Merit Contractors Association of NL and as Chair of the General Contractors Section with the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys the outdoors—particularly moose hunting and fishing—and, like many on the Allied team, takes pride in hands-on carpentry work whenever the opportunity arises.
