David Drohan is a Site Superintendent with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. A Red Seal Interprovincial Journeyman Carpenter, David has built a strong reputation for leading projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Throughout his career, David has held senior site leadership roles with companies including Moss Developments, Lyndsay Construction, Scuka Enterprises, and Bird Construction. His experience includes supervising major commercial and multi-residential projects such as the Best Western Hotel and the Wabush Airport renovation and extension. David has extensive experience coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, maintaining safety programs, and leading crews of more than 30 tradespeople.

In addition to his field experience, David has been actively involved in the construction industry and skilled trades development. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Homebuilders Association, participated on the Canadian Homebuilders Association’s National Renovation Committee, and worked as a mentor and instructor in skilled trades training programs.

At Allied Construction Management, David is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to Allied’s high standards of workmanship.
