View ProjectsJon Nugent is a Project Manager with a strong foundation in construction and project delivery. A Journeyperson Carpenter by trade, Jon has been with Allied Construction Management for many years, progressing from Carpenter to Foreman, Superintendent, Project Coordinator, and now into his current role as Project Manager.
Jon brings extensive experience in concrete formwork and structural systems, with a particular strength in tilt-up (tilt-wall) construction. His hands-on background in forming, sequencing, and site execution gives him a practical understanding of complex structural work, allowing him to effectively plan, coordinate, and deliver projects with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
He is a graduate of the Project Management program at the College of the North Atlantic and holds the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) designation from the Project Management Institute. This combination of field experience and formal training allows him to bridge the gap between site operations and project planning, supporting strong communication and execution across all phases of construction.
Known for his leadership, work ethic, and attention to detail, Jon has developed a reputation for being highly organized and solutions-focused. His experience in site logistics, workforce coordination, and construction best practices now supports his work in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership.
In addition to his project work, Jon is actively involved in Allied’s partnership with the Association for New Canadians through the Build Your Future program, where he serves as an instructor. In this role, he supports training and mentorship initiatives that help newcomers develop practical skills and transition into careers in the construction industry.
As he continues to grow in his role, Jon remains focused on delivering high-quality projects, supporting team success, and contributing to the continued growth of the company.
