Jon Nugent is a skilled Project Coordinator with a strong foundation in construction and project management. A Journeyperson Carpenter by trade, Jon has been with the company for over seven years, steadily progressing from Carpenter to Foreman, then to Superintendent, and now into his current role in project coordination.

Jon is a graduate of the Project Management program at the College of the North Atlantic and holds the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) designation from the Project Management Institute. This blend of hands-on experience and formal training allows him to bridge the gap between field operations and project planning, ensuring smooth execution and strong communication across all phases of a project.

Known for his leadership, work ethic, and attention to detail, Jon brings a practical and organized approach to every job. His background gives him a deep understanding of site logistics, crew management, and construction best practices—skills he now uses to support project planning, scheduling, and coordination from the office.

As he continues to grow in the industry, Jon remains focused on delivering high-quality results, supporting team success, and contributing to the company’s continued excellence in construction.
