Allied began its first industrial project in 1998 and has since completed nearly $80 million in industrial construction work. This sector demands specialized expertise, technical coordination, and disciplined execution — all of which are supported by our experienced, collaborative team.
Over the years, Allied has built or upgraded the water treatment facilities serving the City of St. John’s, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South, and Portugal Cove–St. Philip’s. Together, these facilities deliver high-quality water service to the greater metro region, pumping approximately 170,000 cubic metres of water per day.
We continue to deliver competitive pricing and high-quality workmanship on complex industrial projects. Such as Galway Booster Pump Station — a state-of-the-art facility serving a 2,400-acre development that includes residential neighbourhoods, light industrial and mixed-use office space, and retail areas.
Our industrial experience extends beyond water treatment infrastructure. Between 2006 and 2008, Allied completed approximately $10 million in renovations at the North Atlantic Fisheries Centre. This work included the construction of Environmental Rooms, Necropsy Laboratories, Aquatic Research Facilities, and P16 Labs, all delivered to meet strict technical and operational requirements.
