One Churchill Park Luxury Apartments in St. John’s is a recently completed six-storey, mixed-use development featuring 69 residential units, ground-level retail, and two levels of underground parking. Located in a vibrant urban setting, the building offers modern living spaces and amenities designed to support comfortable, contemporary lifestyles. Allied was heavily involved throughout the pre-construction and construction phases, working closely with suppliers and subcontractors to meet budget requirements and ensure a high-quality final product.
We are currently delivering 34 New Cove Road, a 10-storey multi-family residential building under construction above Quidi Vidi Lake.
